Why can’t I add a deal to my cart?
Many of the products shown on Stuccu are not sold [“through” or “on”] Stuccu.com. Rather, Stuccu collects
information about the deals available on various stores and displays them for you in one place on Stuccu.
In order to purchase an item you need to click on it. Clicking on the item will take you to the store
website that sells the item and you can purchase from. Some items are available to buy on Stuccu.com directly.
These items are easy to differentiate as they will have ‘Sold by Stuccu’ written underneath the product image.
Only these items can be added to your Stuccu cart and purchased from Stuccu directly.

I’m confused - why is the price listed on Stuccu different on the linked website?
Sometimes, the price that appears on Stuccu, and the external website that the product links to will
vary. This is because Stuccu displays the lowest price available. The item may be used, or it may be
sold via a different seller on an affiliate site and only will only show when clicking on ‘new from’ or
‘used from’. When you click there, the price Stuccu shows will appear.
It is also possible that between the times that Stuccu indexes a deal and a user finds it, aspects of
the deal may have changed- including the price. Ultimately, the final price is up to the seller.
What are my payment options?
Payments are only made directly on Stuccu if an item is marked as 'Sold by Stuccu'.
These items can be bought via PayPal secure payments. For all other items, please contact the seller
of the item directly. You will be directed to the seller when you click on the product image on Stuccu.
Can I change my billing address?
Of course you can! Go to your paypal settings and change it over there.
How do I know if an item has free shipping?
You can filter your search for items with free shipping only by ticking the free shipping box
in the 'refine by' search panel on the left side of the screen.
Do you deliver to my country?
Delivery and shipping costs vary from seller to seller. If you redirected off of Stuccu in order to make
the purchase, please check with the website we have directed you to what their shipping options are
and whether they deliver to your country. 'Sold by Stuccu' items, are only delivered within the US.
My deal says ‘free shipping’ but is charging me for it. Why?
It's possible that between the times Stuccu indexes a deal and a user finds it, some aspects of the
deal may change- including the shipping price. However, the case may also be that the partner site we
re-direct you to has other purchasing prices and options - including different shipping prices.
Our system picks the lowest price, and the lowest shipping option repsectively. You can find other price
options under: 'new from,' 'used from,' or 'Other Sellers' on our partner sites.
I haven’t received the item I ordered
If you have not yet received your item please contact the seller directly- you can check who the seller
is via your order confirmation email. Alternatively, check if there are any delays in mail delivery in
your area such as a mail strike. If your item was sold by Stuccu directly, meaning that you have a Stuccu
customer account and made the purchase on Stuccu via PayPal, please
I want to cancel my order
If you want to cancel an order, it is important that you request this before the item leaves the warehouse.
If it has left already then returning the item depends on the seller’s returns policy. Check your receipt or
order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from. If you have a Stuccu.com customer account
and ordered directly from Stuccu, please contact us.
My item is damaged or needs repairs
Please check your receipt or order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from. Then contact
them regarding any issues with the product you have received. If your item was sold directly on Stuccu.com
through your Stuccu customer account, please contact us.
I want to return an item

would be to find your order confirmation email and click on the item picture. This will direct you to the product page.
I haven’t received my refund yet
Check your receipt or order confirmation email to remember which store you ordered from. Then contact them
regarding issues with receiving your refund. It may be that they have not yet received the item that you
returned, or have not yet reimbursed you due to time restraints. If your item was ordered on Stuccu directly,
through your Stuccu customer account, please contact us.
Can I buy if I don’t have a Stuccu account?
In order to purchase ‘sold by Stuccu’ items you need to have a Stuccu account. To buy from other,
affiliate websites, you have to check what their policies are.
